1. Agreement to terms

2. The services

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Firsthand collects custom egocentric video datasets to a specification agreed with you and delivers them under a separate written data license. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; commercial terms are set out in an order form or master services agreement signed by both parties.

3. Sample packs

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Sample datasets are provided for evaluation only. Redistribution, resale, or use of sample data in a production or commercially deployed model is not permitted unless a separate commercial license has been signed.

4. Data licensing

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Delivered datasets are licensed under the terms of the applicable order form. Where that order form grants a perpetual, buyer-owned commercial license, those license terms control over anything on this page.

5. Acceptable use
