Skill spec
A written definition of the exact task, environments and conditions to capture.
Definition
A skill spec is the written contract for a capture program: the named skill, the environments and conditions to cover, the acceptance criteria, and the target hours. Nothing is captured speculatively — the spec is agreed before a single contributor is briefed.

Why it matters
Without a spec you get generic footage and discover the gaps after training. A spec turns “egocentric data” into coverage you can measure cell by cell, so you know what you bought and where it is thin.
